Currently, we are not creating a custom WHMCS admin theme. One of the main reasons behind this decision is the time it takes to develop an admin theme versus a client theme. In addition, WHMCS needs to do a better job of standardizing how its admin templates are built. Until something like that is done, we will have to decline these sorts of projects.
