We will include three free months of website maintenance with your WordPress website build. After those three months, you can purchase a monthly maintenance retainer to keep your WordPress website up-to-date and fix any bugs you’ve encountered.
*Note: Website maintenance does not include extensively developing additional or changing functionality. These types of requests will require a custom quote.
We usually include three (3) templated designs in each WordPress web development project. These template pages can be customized and reused as you see fit for many different pages. We will require a quote for the additional templated pages if you need more than three.
Before we begin work on your website project, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due. After completing your project, the remainder will be automatically invoiced for you to pay within seven (7) days.
We utilize Stripe for credit card processing on all project payments. In addition, Stripe supports ACH payments for all clients in the United States. Unfortunately, PayPal will not be accepted at this time.
On average, we will turn around your project within eight weeks of development starting. Depending on your website’s complexity, this time may be shortened or increased.
Absolutely! We do not reuse design materials from client to client. Our mission is to ensure your website meets your unique goals, branding, and customer needs.
After the final payment has been confirmed, you will have the full right to do whatever you like with the site developed. However, we retain the right to showcase our work. If you would like a white-label experience for your project, we can also accommodate that.
