Over the past few months, I’ve been working on a secret project that involves all of my WHMCS Theme offerings. This project was designed to consolidate the number of modules you would have to install (if you owned more than one of my products) and reduce the amount of support for different modules made at different points in my development process. As a result of that work, the SwiftModders WHMCS Theme Installer was born!
What is the SwiftModders WHMCS Theme Installer?
This exclusive WHMCS module will be the central hub for all of your SwiftModders WHMCS Theme installations. This module will allow you to have quick oversight into all of your installed themes, available updates, customization settings, and more. The module has a built-in health check system to ensure that your system configuration will work well with each of my themes. This module is still in the infancy of its development, and I’m hoping to add more dynamic and powerful features to ease the maintenance of each theme product.
Do I have to use this module from now on?
Yes, this module will be going into regular development starting today. Right now, it supports all of my latest releases:
- Allure WHMCS Theme 1.0.5
- SwiftModders WHMCS Client Theme 2.9.9.3
- SwiftModders WHMCS Admin Theme 5.9.9.3
Going forward, all updates and changes will be released with support only for the Theme Installer. If you have not had a chance to update your installations to the latest release, now would be the time. With WHMCS 7.10 right around the corner, I hoped to get this out to avoid this being a major issue during a significant WHMCS release.
How do I start using the module?
In preparation for launch, I have updated all of my FAQs and Documentation to explain how to use the Theme Installer and perform necessary steps when utilizing your specific theme purchases. You will first want to read about how to install the module. Next, you’ll find documentation on how to migrate your current theme installs into the Theme Installer.
So, what’s next on your agenda?
The work does not stop! I will be working on releasing my first standalone WHMCS module, the SwiftModders WHMCS Feature Requester. If you’re interested, visit the product page to learn more! Once that is released, I will be switching gears to a new theme product that will hopefully blow your mind. Over the years, I’ve been focusing solely on WHMCS themes that cater to users that have WHMCS as a separate installation from their main website. My next theme product will be a fully-functional, WHMCS powered website. I cannot go into the details, but it’ll be an exciting product I can assure you.
